Website Interface Walkthrough
Sign in at parentsee.com to use the ParentSEE dashboard. It shows the same family, devices, and alerts as the ParentSEE app.
Finding your way around
The menu on the left has:
On a small screen, open the menu from the top bar.
Overview
The Family Status Board. One line tells you whether every device is reporting, and links to anything that needs a look. Below it is a card for each child, with what their devices reported today, any alerts to review, and Activity and Alerts buttons. Needs your attention lists recent alerts; View all opens the Alerts page.
Activity
The websites and apps across your children's devices. The filters along the top:
A Screen time tab appears next to Activity when one of your children has a device that measures time, such as an Android phone with the ParentSEE app.
Alerts
Every safety alert. Filter by child, by severity (All severities, Critical, High, Medium, Low), and with Hiding hidden or Showing all. Click an alert to open Activity at that moment. Click Hide when you have dealt with it.
Insights
Last 7 days: a few small things we noticed in the last week of activity for the child you select, with a suggested way in to a conversation.
Settings
Settings has three tabs:
Adding a device
Go to Settings → Children & Devices, click Add device, and choose from What type of device?
Each choice walks you through its steps and shows when the device has connected. Full guides are in Setup Guides.
