Does my child know ParentSEE is on their phone?
Yes. Their phone shows a status screen that says a parent can see which apps and websites they use, and that nothing they type, send, or search is read or blocked. We think that is the point.
Does it work on iPhone?
Yes, with one difference. On iPhone you see the sites and apps your child reaches, by name, but not whether that was the app or the website. The free Safari extension settles that for browser visits. Time inside apps is Android only.
Why not just use Apple Screen Time or Google Family Link?
Apple Screen Time, built into the iPhone, and Google's Family Link are good at control: limits, downtime, approvals, and usage reports for the devices each one manages. ParentSEE does not block anything or read your child's messages. It puts the names of the apps and websites your child's devices reach, on iPhone, Android, and computers, in one list.
Can my child turn it off?
ParentSEE does not hide on the phone, so a determined child can remove it. If a device stops reporting, you see that in your dashboard and you get an alert.
What happens to my child's data?
We store the names of websites and apps, never messages, photos, searches, or passwords. Data is encrypted, is never sold or used for advertising, and activity is deleted automatically after 90 days.
How many children and devices can I add?
As many as you have. One price covers your whole family.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time from Settings, under Billing. If you subscribed through the App Store it opens your Apple subscriptions; otherwise it opens our billing portal. Your subscription stops renewing and monitoring continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not offer partial refunds. If you get stuck, email support@parentsee.com.
