How to Remove ParentSEE from Mac

If you set up monitoring with the Chrome extension

Right-click the ParentSEE extension icon in Chrome and choose Remove from Chrome, or open chrome://extensions and click Remove. Monitoring stops immediately.

If you installed the older ParentSEE app for Mac

Some Macs were set up with an installer we no longer offer. To remove it:

Open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Profiles (or System Preferences → Profiles on older macOS)

Select the ParentSEE DNS profile

Click the minus (−) button or Remove

Enter your Mac password when prompted

To re-enable browser built-in DNS (if you want browsers to use their own DNS again):

Chrome: chrome://settings/security → turn "Use secure DNS" back on

Brave/Edge: same path in their respective settings
