How to Delete Your Account and Data
How to Delete Your Account and Data
ParentSEE gives you full control over your data. You can delete one child's data, remove a child, or delete your whole account at any time.
Deleting one child's data
Delete Data removes all of this child's activity, screen time, alerts and insights. The child's profile and their devices' connection to ParentSEE stay, so monitoring continues.

It happens all at once: if anything can't be deleted, nothing is deleted and you are told, so you can try again.
Removing a child
Removing a child deletes the child, with all of their activity, screen time, alerts and insights. Their devices are disconnected from ParentSEE and stop reporting. To stop the device sending anything at all, also remove ParentSEE from it.
Removing a device
On the website: Settings → Children & Devices, then the trash icon next to the device. The device stops reporting.
Deleting your account
Deleting your account permanently removes your account and everything in it:
From the mobile app

By email
Send a request to support@parentsee.com from your account email. We'll process it within 7 business days.
What happens after deletion
All personal data is permanently removed. We retain a minimal, anonymized audit record of the consent transaction for 6 years as required by children's privacy laws. This record contains no direct identifiers and is used solely for regulatory compliance.
